Sooooo...it's been a very long time since I posted anything up here. But I've got a few projects in the pipeline that people might be interested in so I thought I might talk about them a bit. So first and foremost I'm thinking of doing updated versions of my parties' D&D characters. (I do take commissions by the way so if you're interested just ask...) After all, our characters have changed quite a bit since we started...new gear and, in some cases, new alignments. I'm also vainly attempting a comic. I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm trying. I may post pages up here as they happen, don't expect regular updates because I know myself and that isn't going to happen. There's a list of things I want to do... - landscapes - environments from D&D - I've taken up sewing so...yeah And given the current climate of the world with Coronavirus, now seems like a good time to get some of them done.

The current project is a big one. Perhaps a little too big, literally. The canvas is about the same size as me. I'm working on a traditional battle scene. Or at least a battle scene that is vaguely influenced by the traditional pieces that tower over you at the gallery. This one will certainly tower over me. I've decided that when a theme is given it is best to interpret as loosely as possible. Just to give the audience a bit of variety. So when I got the theme 'The Lost World' and my immediate thought was 'Atlantis' I wondered how many other artists had that exact same thought. So I endeavored to push past it.
